A 37,500-square-foot building on Clinton Highway has been sold.
NAI Knoxville represented Master Dry in the purchase of the former Knox Auto Parts building, at 6226 Clinton Highway.
Knox Auto Parts, which purchases totaled late model vehicles and sells used and re-manufactured automotive parts to the professional repair market, is consolidating to their main location at 8721 Oak Ridge Highway, in Knoxville.
Master Dry — whose services include basement waterproofing, foundation repair and concrete lifting — acquired the building to allow for expanded facilities, and plans to relocate in January.
NAI Knoxville’s James Roberson, CCIM and Sam Tate, CCIM, handled the transaction, and have Master Dry’s current location at 3820 Solway Road, in Knoxville, available for sale or lease. The building includes more than 13,950 square feet of space on 5-plus acres.
